• Caigen Wang, MD Founder of Tietto Minerals. Bachelor, Master and PhD in Mining Engineering. Fellow of AusIMM and Chartered Professional Engineer of Institution of Engineer, Australia. Over 30 years practical experience in mining engineering and mineral exploration in Australia, China, Africa and Canada. Dr. Wang’s recent professional experience includes Managing Director for an ASX listed junior mineral resources company, senior technical and management roles in mining houses (St Barbara, Sons of Gwalia, BHP Billiton and China Goldmines PLC etc.) He has been working on a variety of mineral commodities including coal, gold, nickel, iron, copper, lead & zinc, molybdenum and oil sands etc.

• Mark Strizek, Executive Director More than 25 years of experience in gold exploration, resource development and operations of open pit and underground projects ranging from the Kalgoorlie super pit to high grade projects such as Frogs Leg in the Eastern Goldfields, Western Australia. Prior to joining ASX-listed Vital metals as Chief Executive Officer, Mr Strizek was involved in project development of mineral, coal and petroleum resources in both Australia and Papua New Guinea.

• Francis Harper, Chairman Director of Blackwood Capital since 2002 and prior to that spent 15 years with NM Rothschild in the US, UK and Australia in M&A and resources finance. Blackwood Capital has raised over $1 billion for small caps since inception. Mr Harper (through Blackwood Capital) financed West African Resources (ASX: WAF) and was chairman from 2009 to 2015.

• Paul Kitto, Technical Director

Over thirty years experience within the mining industry serving on a number of Board of Directors and holding senior management positions in various countries around the world predominantly in Australasia and Africa. Paul has been Exploration Manager, West Africa for Newcrest Mining since 2015, and prior to that was CEO of Ampella Mining from 2008 until 2014 when Ampella was acquired by Centamin. Paul led Ampella in discovering and growing the 3.25 million oz Konkera resource at the Batie West Project in Burkina Faso.

Abujar Gold Project, Côte d’Ivoire:

The Abujar Gold Project is located approximately 30 km from the major regional city of Daloa in central western Côte D’Ivoire. It is close to excellent regional and local infrastructure. The Abujar gold project is comprised of three contiguous tenements with a total land area of 1,114 km2, of which less than 10% has been explored. It features an NNE‐orientated gold corridor over 70 km striking across three tenements.

Mineral Resource

In July 2021, a substantial upgrade to the resource was announced at Abujar, 87.5 million mt at 1.2 g/t Au for 3.35 million oz of contained gold. Importantly, the AG deposit alone delivers 50.3 million mt at 1.5 g/t for Au 2.45 million oz.

Abujar Indicated Resources increase by 49% to 43.4 million t @ 1.3 g/t Au for 1.85 million oz of contained gold, representing more than 55% of the Abujar project ounces.
