AESA was established in 1990 and has strong financial backing from the Breca group. Throughout its 33-year history, it has successfully completed numerous underground mining projects. AESA is the leading company specialized in the development of mining infrastructure and civil works, with more than 2,000 collaborators and more than 960 km of tunnels built. In addition, it has developed different projects for clients such as Volcan, Nexa Resources, Glencore, Minsur, El Brocal, Yanacocha, among others. It has maintained the highest standards in its processes with safety as the highest priority, offering solutions to its clients in underground mining in a sustainable manner, transforming its area of influence, with a strong focus on training and local employment and promoting diversity and social inclusion.

In mining 4.0, all companies in the industry need innovative tools to enhance their safety and productivity while meeting high international standards. @EPIROC, as the leading global supplier of mining equipment, and @AESA, the primary company specializing in developing mining infrastructure and civil works, serve as key role models for the entire mining industry in Peru regarding safety, productivity, and innovation. In this context, both companies implemented the latest-generation Epiroc simulator in one of their operations in central Peru. The main objective of this simulator was to provide safe training for all technical and operational personnel in the proper use and maintenance of Boomer drilling equipment. This simulator contributes to maintaining a secure environment, preventing any operational accidents that may arise during the training of workers. Moreover, it allows for identifying operational improvements, enhancing operator skills, and creating a safe and ongoing training space for all technical and operating personnel. Leadership

Gianflavio Carozzi Keller, General Director of AESA has a degree in Economics, with an MBA in finance, with more than 25 years of experience in different industries. The last 15 years have been in mining, ranging from mining operations, both underground and open pit. His combination of experience in finance, sales and strategy, mining operations and mining contracts allows him to provide solutions well aligned with the strategic objectives and business needs of AESA's clients.

Services

Land preparation: Sterile removal activities, leveling, excavation, drainage, hauling system, among others.
Development and preparation of mining infrastructure: Construction and remodeling of works, construction of galleries, crossings, ducts, access roads, ramps, chimneys, loading areas, shotcrete, support, among others.
Maintenance and conditioning of mining infrastructure works: Facilities for the execution of works and maintenance, which includes the installation of ventilation systems, road maintenance, among others that guarantee a safe and optimal infrastructure for access and subsequent exploitation.
