Monpolymet Group takes pride in setting the standard for responsible mining operations. At the Toson deposit area, spanning 931.67 hectares, we have undertaken comprehensive rehabilitation efforts. Technical rehabilitation has been completed over 743 hectares, and biological restoration across 514 hectares, including the planting of over 100,000 trees. These efforts have resulted in the creation of seven forest areas, extending over 5.5 km, and the establishment of the Toson fresh water lake over 16 hectares. Our commitment to the environment is further evidenced by our success in planting over 300,000 trees, demonstrating our dedication to ecological preservation and enhancement.

This flagship project is expanding its footprint to Ulaanbaatar with a new grinding station and terminal designed to process 120 tons per hour, reflecting our commitment to infrastructure development in Mongolia. Owned jointly by Monpolymet LLC and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Moncement is a testament to international collaboration and local expertise.
2. ANN LLC: Founded in 2003, ANN LLC serves as a vital link between global nutritional brands and the Mongolian market. Officially distributing products from Swanson Health International, Nature’s Medicine Associates, and Ultimate Nutrition, ANN ensures that each product meets the rigorous standards of a GMP certificate. Moncement Building Materials LLC
Moncement Building Materials LLC (“Moncement” or “Company”) operates modern dry process clinker and cement integrated facilities, consisting of a complete dry process production line with a total designed production capacity of 1,850 TPD ( metric tons per day of clinker in Orgun Soum, Dornogovi Province (the “Plant”) and combined 165 TPH (tons per hour) cement grinding capacity in Orgum Soum and Ulaanbaatar grinding terminal in Ulaanbaatar, capital city of Mongolia (the “Grinding Station”).
Moncement Building Materials LLC was established within Mongolia's robust legal framework, benefiting from investments and support from the Monpolymet Group and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The company has been successfully and sustainably advancing from its project inception to the production of its products.
Moncement industrial workshops feature modern and proven technologies; a dry process integrated plant in the Gobi near the raw materials and an efficient cement terminal in Ulaanbaatar. The operational and economic synergies of the Urgun plant and Ulaanbaatar grinding station, which solves the logistics and bottlenecks optimizes raw material utilization and minimizes environmental impacts.
Being the pioneer in modern dry process cement technology in Mongolia, Moncement manufacturing and operation is led by highly experienced Senior management team with over 100 years of combined experience from ex-LafargeHolcim, the largest global cement manufacturer. The company is also certified by ISO9001:2015 standards first time in the cement industry in Mongolia.
