• Jose Vizquerra, President & CEO Prior to his appointment at O3 Mining, Mr. Vizquerra was executive vice president of strategic development for Osisko Mining Inc.

Mr. Vizquerra joined Osisko Mining from Oban Mining Corporation, where, as president and CEO, he played a leading role in the combination of Oban, Corona Gold Corporation, Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation, and Ryan Gold Corporation to form Osisko Mining. • Elijah Tyshynski, CFO Mr. Tyshynski currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of O3 Mining Inc., since September 2022. He has almost two decades of experience in International Capital Markets as a Structurer, Trader, and Portfolio Manager. Mr. Tyshynski was a Senior Principal (Portfolio Manager) for the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan until 2019, where he managed the funds exposure to Emerging Markets. • Louis Gariepy, VP Exploration A geological engineer with over 30 years of international mining experience, including substantial experience in Québec and Latin America. Mr. Gariepy most recently served as exploration manager of Anglo American plc in Peru. • Myrzah Bello, VP Sustainable Development Ms. Bello brings over 20 years of experience in sustainable development providing consulting services to mining, oil, gas, and other sectors. She was previously a director at SNC-Lavalin where she held various roles including leading the climate change group of experts for over six years and managed the environment division in Brazil for over 14 years. • Alex Rodriguez, VP Corporate Development Mr. Rodriguez currently oversees strategy, business development, and investor relations for O3 Mining Inc.. He led a range of strategic and finance initiatives at Volcan Compañía Minera (“Volcan”) as Head of Business Development. Prior to Volcan, Mr. Rodriguez worked at Kallpa Securities in metals and mining equity research.

• Jean-Felix Lepage, VP Projects Mr. Lepage most recently worked at Newmont Corporation where he held several different operational roles. Mr. Lepage began his career as a plant metallurgist and later moved on to be a mine superintendent where he managed the underground mining operations at Newmont.
