Highlighted silver projects

La Parilla historic mine in the state of Durango, Mexico

“La Parilla was in production between 2005 and 2019, during which period it produced 34 million oz of silver. We acquired the asset in August 2023 from First Majestic. Since then, we have completed 18,600 meters of drilling, with 1,810 g/t AgEq over 14.6 meters as one of our best intercepts in the Quebradillas area. As per our recent MRE estimate, La Parilla contains 10.8 million oz AgEq in indicated and 16.3 million oz AgEq in inferred resources. We plan to restart the mine within 7-9 months of being financed, aiming for end of 2025 or Q1 2026."

The Batopilas historic mine in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico

“Batopilas produced 300 million oz AgEq at an average grade of 1.5 kg/t – the highest-grade silver mine in Mexico. The mine never ran out of reserves, but it was abandoned, much like the rest of the town, during the Mexican Revolution in the 1910s. Reyna Silver uncovered over 3 km of mineralized extensions to the historic veins; we drilled underneath these, hitting 1 kg/t AgEq. As a native silver project, Batopilas is a truly unique project in Mexico.”

The Plomosas historic mine in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico

“At the heart of our land package is the Plomosas property which includes the historical Plomosas mine. According to our 2023 MRE, which includes the incorporated San Marcial area as well as updated estimates at the San Juan-La Colorada areas, the project consists of 85 million oz AgEq indicated resources, at 179 g/t AgEq, and 49 million oz AgEq inferred resources, at 171 g/t AgEq. Plomosas is fully developed, with 7.4 km of underground development with all permits and ejidos agreements in place. We are in the process of looking for a partner to move Plomosas back into production.”

The La Guitarra gold and silver historic mine in the state of Mexico

“On January 1st of this year—seven months ahead of schedule—we declared commercial production at La Guitarra, a project we acquired from First Majestic in March 2023. La Guitarra is a past-producing underground mine that delivered between 1 and 1.5 million oz AgEq annually from 2015 to 2018 before being placed on care and maintenance. The project is a complex of eight historic mines and three underground mining centers. We are currently mining from one center and plan to bring a second online before year-end. In 2023, we released a maiden resource estimate of 27.2 million oz AgEq, marking a 373% increase in measured and indicated resources compared to earlier estimates.”

The Alamos project in the state of Sonora, Mexico

“We made the first discovery hole at Alamos in 2017, intersecting 8.2 m @  1.7 kg/t Ag at Europa-Guadalupe; this was a blind discovery. Over the past seven years since, we have grown the mineral footprint from 2.2 km2 to 66 km2, and from three veins (in 2017) to 26 veins (in 2025). In 2024, we started an infill drill program to help us quantify the exploration done to date (42,000 meters) and put together a resource. The maiden resource is set to be released this year and will only cover three of the 26 mineralized veins, leaving us with plenty of upside potential to substantially grow that resource in the future.”
