WEALTH (WCPD Inc. - Wealth, Creation, Preservation & Donation) is a boutique financial services firm with a specialized focus in financings for Canadian junior mining companies, tax reduction and philanthropic tax planning. Since 2006, we have performed more Structured Flow-Through Share transactions with an immediate liquidity provider than any other firm in Canada.
As a leading exempt market dealer, offering financings for resource and mineral exploration in Canada, our structure has resulted in over 675 private placements with more than 200 issuers, amounting to over C$1.2 billion in Flow-Through Share financing.
In June 2024, our firm closed a C$100 million financing deal with Skeena Resources, the largest Structured Flow-Through transaction in history.

Peter Nicholson – President and Founder
Peter Nicholson started his financial services business in 1987 at the age of 22. Since 1995, Nicholson has been a recognized leader in Canadian tax assisted investments, philanthropic tax planning and tax reduction.
In May 2006, Nicholson’s firm performed Canada’s first Flow-Through donation without paying a capital gain. Since then, WEALTH has been a leader in financing for Canadian junior mining companies. In June 2024, his firm made history once again when it closed a C$100 million financing deal with Skeena Resources, the largest Structured Flow-Through transaction ever.
Through his work with countless donors, foundations, institutions and boards, Nicholson has helped generate more than C$350 million for client donations. He is also a generous philanthropist in his own right and a tireless supporter of community initiatives.
