COMPANY PROFILE

Summary

Bonterra Resources Inc, (TSXV: BTR, OTCQX: BONXF, FSE: 9BR2) is a Canadian gold exploration company with a large portfolio of advanced exploration assets anchored by a central milling facility in Québec, Canada. The Company has three main resource areas: Gladiator, Barry and Moroy that collectively have a total of 1.24 million ounces in Measured and Indicated categories, and 1.78 million ounces in Inferred category. Importantly, the Company owns the only permitted and operational gold mill in the region that is currently estimated at more than 75% through the permitting process to expand from 800 to 2,400 tonnes-per-day. Bonterra is focused on graduating from advanced exploration to a development company over the next 18-24 months to deliver shareholder value.

The Company is currently drilling at a rate of approximately 10,000 m per month at its three main gold deposits to expand upon the recently released MREs. In addition, work on the preliminary economic assessment (PEA), which would utilize the existing Bachelor Mill as a central processing facility, is ongoing and expected to be completed Q4 2021.

Strategic Quote

“I’m very excited with the results to date from the ongoing drilling campaign at Gladiator. The grade and width of hole BA-21-23 bodes well for the mining scenarios currently being evaluated in the PEA and hole BA-21-07 shows the great potential at depth at Gladiator. I look forward to sharing more assay results from the ongoing drilling campaign as they become available in the coming weeks.”

Capital Structure

Three Main Resource Assets

Gladiator Deposit The Gladiator deposit is now outlined by diamond drilling to a strike length of 1,600 m and depth of 1100 m. Indicated resources at Gladiator are 1,413,000 t @ 8.61 g/t for 391,000 oz of gold and inferred resources are 4,174,000 t @ 7.37 g/t for 989,000 oz of gold. Current and planned drilling at Gladiator includes expansion of resources at selected targets and exploration drilling along the structural corridor hosting the deposit.

Barry Deposit The Barry deposit is a shear-hosted gold deposit with multiple parallel, sub-vertical, shear zones and a second set of veins dipping 50 to 60 degrees to the south. The gold mineralization consists of disseminated sulfides within the shear zones and the veins with local visible gold. The Barry deposit has been delineated over a kilometer along strike and 600 m vertical. The deposit remains open for expansion. M&I resource at Barry consists of 5,099,000 tonnes @ 4.21 g/t for 689,000 oz of gold and inferred resource of 4,379,000 tonnes @ 4.89 g/t for 689,000 oz of gold.

Moroy Deposit The Moroy deposit is currently defined by surface and underground drilling and underground development. M&I resource at Moroy consists of 651,000 tonnes @ 5.66 g/t for 118,000 oz of gold and inferred resource of 570,000 tonnes @ 5.37 g/t for 98,000 oz of gold. Drilling at Moroy is in progress from surface and from underground aimed at resource expansion both up dip and down dip and testing new targets within development reach of the current underground
