Main Services

Cyanco manufactures both solid and solution sodium cyanide at its two manufacturing facilities located in Winnemucca, Nevada and Alvin, Texas.

SODIUM CYANIDE - SOLUTION This ready-to-use product is manufactured in Cyanco’s Winnemucca plant and delivered in liquid tank trucks that offload directly into our customers’ onsite storage tanks. At Cyanco, our drivers ONLY drive sodium cyanide trucks, custom engineered for the safe transport of solution cyanide. Solution Sodium Cyanide Benefits: • Minimal handling costs • No packaging costs • No disposal cost • Minimal mine labor needed as delivery teams handle the offload process

SODIUM CYANIDE - SOLID Cyanco produces solid sodium cyanide briquettes at its Nevada and Texas plants, allowing safe and efficient long-distance transport, including overseas. Solid Sodium Cyanide Benefits: • Variety of packaging available to suit customer needs • Converted to solution onsite • Minimum handling • Optimized transportation costs • World-class safety standards

SOLID SODIUM CYANIDE PACKAGING AND DELIVERY Solid cyanide is packaged in boxes (wood or composites) or in specially designed ISO container units, which allow for on site conversion to a solution.

• Solid to Liquid (SLS) and ISO Container: With SLS technology, cyanide briquettes are dissolved onsite and delivered directly into the mine’s storage tank. This returnable packaging eliminates disposal of bags/boxes and minimizes onsite handling by mine staff.

• One Metric Ton Bags or Boxes: Our product can also be packaged in bags/boxes that are lined and sealed to prevent the ingress of moisture and protect contents from exposure to the environment. See how Cyanco has made significant upgrades to our wooden boxes that make this option even more robust: Improved Packaging for Solid Sodium Cyanide

• Composite Box Packaging: The newest shipping option for solid customers – light, collapsible easy and safe composite boxes. Offers clear advantages on safety and ESG requirements at mine.

VENDOR MANAGED INVENTORY Cyanco’s Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) system continuously monitors inventory levels at your mine and automatically schedules deliveries when tanks reach pre-set minimum levels. Our VMI system is used with all solution customers and can easily be adapted for solid product customers. Our goal is to ensure that our customers always have adequate supply and never have to think about the cyanide delivery process. Cyanco manages it for you.
