• Brian Mashford, Senior Vice President of Mining, Minerals and Metals

In his 17 years of business leadership and engineering, Brian has worked primarily in the mining industry including several years of hands-on work in structural engineering and design on world class projects. Motivation and long-term success are created by purpose, clear goals, and clear expectations that’s Brian’s management philosophy.

• Greg Gillian, Vice President, Mining, Minerals and Metals

Greg has been in the mining and process industry for nearly 25 years. Having served in a variety of positions during this time, he offers a unique perspective when it comes to production engineering and project management.

Having begun his journey through the mining industry on the East Coast, Greg brings the perspective of different mining practices in different regions. He understands the differences between privately held clients and major mining operations and the importance of land, underground mining, surface mining and milling, as well as water resources, and federal rights within mining. Above all, he values people and relationships Greg places special emphasis on making sure the relationships he forms become lifelong.

• Amanda Adams Principal, Operations Leader, US

Amanda works at the intersection of mining and water, focused on the design of tailing storage dams all over the world. Her design experience spans all phases of project development from siting studies to feasibility, detailed design to construction, and everything in between. As a project manager, Amanda has a knack for bringing together the perfect mix of technical disciplines required for dam design to exceed client expectations.

• Jennifer Berger, Regional Business Leader, Canada East

With nearly 20 years of experience in the mining industry, Jennifer has demonstrated her commitment to execution through excellence in both technical and operational roles.

Jennifer is an advocate for collaboration in an inclusive and diverse working environment where clients and teams come together to share creative ideas and find innovative solutions. Having worked for junior and major mining companies, she understands integrated and agile teams are required to develop and execute projects in today’s evolving markets. As a creativity and innovation coach, Jennifer supports teams pursuing to transform our service offerings and the industry. She is participating in the 2021 International Women in Resources Mentoring Programme and is also a Board Member for the Ontario Mining Association.

• Steve Rusk, Vice President

With over 30 years of experience, Steve believes that it’s important for our people to understand our clients’ business. With that understanding, we can deliver the right solutions.

Steve has worked for a variety of mining clients from the world’s largest companies to the smallest juniors and prospectors. He has worked on projects throughout every stage of a mines’ lifecycle, from exploration to closure. Steve manages and mentors our people, and continues to supervise many of our projects.

• Stephen Beamond, Group Leader, Australia

As the regional leader for Energy and Resources, Stephen plays a critical role in delivering projects and studies across Queensland, Australia and Internationally. Supporting these communities is important to Stephen—he finds meaning in developing people and business in the resources industry.

• Wayne Peel, Regional Director, Australia

How does the future look? No one knows for sure, but what we do know is that we need to look towards incorporating more sustainable practices such as renewable energy. As the Regional Manager of the Australian Energy and Resources business unit, Wayne drives growth while ensuring our environment is looked after through ethical mining practices, creating a greener future.

• Alberto Coya, Country Manager, Peru

• Dany Bay, Mining Sector Leader, Peru

With more than 10 years of experience as a hydrogeologist, and after having led the Water Resources area for four years, Danny assumed the role of business development manager and Mining sector leader for our team in Lima, Peru, in 2019. In this role, Danny oversees looking for new opportunities and new clients, maintaining good relationships through continuous communication before, during, and after providing services. These relationships ensure that we’re delivering the best possible services to our clients, while also maintaining and increasing sales for the Mining and the Power & Dams business lines in Peru and the region.

• Rosario Urrutia, Country Manager, Chile

Based in Santiago, Chile, Rosario is a country manager with over 25 years of experience holding key positions in the environmental field. In that time she’s focused on performing studies, assessments, and audits for projects in mining, energy, industrial, real estate development and infrastructure in both the public and private sectors.

• Mark Venning, Mining Sector Leader, Chile

With more than 35 years of mining-related experience, Mark has worked on several projects around the world primarily focused on engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM). He first joined us as country manager in Chile and currently serves as regional business leader for mining in Latin America.

• Resa Furey, Net Zero and ESG Leader

As our marketing and business development manager for global Mining, Resa promotes our Company while keeping our clients’ goals in the forefront of all our work. She believes in exceeding expectations, kindness, and the power of “YES!” as simple yet sometimes overlooked business tools.
