Main Leadership
• Ash Agarwal, President and CEO With over 15 years of experience in the mining industry, Ash has advised dozens of mining and manufacturing C-level executives on digital transformation best practices. His extensive experience spans across process plant operations, strategic planning, start-ups and digital technologies. Ash holds a master’s degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He’s an adjunct faculty at Stanford University School of Engineering and the Schulich School of Business at York University.
• Kirk Petroski, Founder and Executive Chairman Kirk is a veteran mining technology professional. After pioneering GPS surveying in Northern Ontario in the 1990s, he co-founded Symboticware to enable visibility of mobile assets used in mining operations by leveraging data and advanced analytics. Kirk was the president of the Sudbury Area Mining Supply and Service Association for over two years and a contributing member of the Global Mining Standards and Guidelines Group. Kirk holds an MBA from Laurentian University. He’s also a member of the Board of Regents for the University of Sudbury.
