Dr. Christian Kohlpaintner, Chief Executive Officer: The Ph.D chemist Dr Christian Kohlpaintner has more than 25 years of management experience in the chemical industry. This includes international executive roles in both China and the US where he lived and worked for several years each. Dr Christian Kohlpaintner is Member of the Board of Directors of the EPCA European Petrochemical Association and a permanent guest in the Präsidium of Verband der Chemischen Industrie (VCI).

Dr. Kristin Neumann, Chief Financial Officer: The Ph.D. economist Dr Kristin Neumann has several years of management experience with various leadership roles in Germany and also one in the UK. Dr Kristin Neumann also has many years of professional experience in finance and accounting.

Henri Nejade, Chief Operating Officer Brenntag Specialties: Henri Nejade has extensive international management experience with more than 30 years in chemical industry and chemical distribution. Henri Nejade joined Brenntag in 2008 and has held international leadership positions in Asia, Europe and on a global level since then. Henri Nejade is chairman of the Singapore Chemical Industry Council (SCIC), the official industry association representing the Singapore Energy and Chemicals cluster in the private sector.

Steven Terwindt, Chief Operating Officer Brenntag Essentials: Steven Terwindt has more than 20 years of professional experience in the chemical distribution sector. Steven Terwindt joined Brenntag in 1998 and has held various international management positions at Brenntag in Latin, Central and North America since then.

Ewout van Jarwaarde, Chief Transformation Officer: Ewout van Jarwaarde has several years of executive management experience driving growth, transforming organizations, and driving commercial and operational excellence. Ewout van Jarwaarde has been building digital- and data-driven capabilities across various industries globally to unlock value for customers and supply partners.
