Company History

Integra has grown steadily over the last 33 years to become one of the world's leading petrochemical traders & logistics companies. Integra’s headquarters are in Singapore and the company has offices in the major trading hubs worldwide.

Founded in Europe in 1989, the company handles a wide range of petrochemicals gases, feedstocks liquids, and intermediates both regionally and globally, making it one of the oldest and most resilient petrochemical trading companies.

In 2021, Integra further strengthened its European distribution business by purchasing 50% of a well-established NWE distribution company, thus continuing with its plans of further market indentation.

QXTD and Integra, as its international facing company, aim to continue developing as a high-quality manufacturer, trading and logistics provider of petrochemicals globally. The 700,000 t/y PDH plant and derivatives, which was completed and commissioned early 2022 as part of the latest wave of development at the site, is one of the examples of how the companies are developing their synergies.

The group plans further growth and cooperation both through manufacturing expansions as well as by acquisitions and joint ventures, with Integra being a primary driver in the international arena. Integra’s longstanding presence covers both established and emerging markets, with offices in Singapore, Houston, Brussels, Zug, Riyadh, Delhi, Seoul & Beijing.
